In the autumn of 2021, 60 Hong Kong’s most cultivated gourmands were invited to experience a Midsummer's Night Dream carnivalesque evening at the Dorset House in Taikoo Place for The Great Farm Feast, an annual culinary experience to promote sustainable dining and celebrate Hong Kong-grown food.
A night of feast were prepared by top chefs Fabio Nompleggio of Asaya Kitchen, Lee Man-sing of Mott 32 and Uwe Opocensky of Restaurant Petrus, connecting them to Hong Kong’s farmers and master chefs for an inspiring and immersive evening that raised a toast to the city’s finest organic produce.
